ChIAC is dedicated to providing opportunities for attorneys, corporate leadership and law students to learn more about international arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution through its educational programs and networking events. Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Accelerated Route to Fellowship Qualification Program (Day 1)

ChIAC and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators are proud to offer this 2-day program, which is sponsored and supported by the American Arbitration Association’s (AAA) International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR). This program is designed for senior practitioners in the field of dispute resolution attorneys with substantial complex commercial litigation, trade dispute and/or investment treaty dispute resolution experience. The program comprises 22 workshops wherein participants work through and analyze real-world legal and procedural issues that arise in domestic and international arbitrations. Successful completion of the program permits participants to write a reasoned award and apply to become Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the highest grade of CIArb membership which allows the use of the designation FCIArb.
