ChIAC offers competitive pricing for all of the parties’ hearing needs, including hearing facilities, breakout rooms, evidence presentation, bundle preparation, real-time transcription and interpretation. As a turnkey provider, ChIAC offers a comprehensive suite of services that parties can choose to meet their in-person, hybrid or virtual hearing needs.
Book Your Hearing at ChIAC
ChIAC has three hearing rooms that can host in-person hearings of up to [38] participants in generously-appointed, sound-proof hearing rooms with bespoke furnishings to comfortably accommodate and connect participants virtually. All arbitration hearing bookings include the selected hearing room, an arbitrator breakout room and two party breakout rooms. For arbitrations with more than two parties, additional breakout rooms are available upon request.
Hearing Room 1 (38 pax)
Monday-Friday: $5,500 per day Weekend and Holidays: $7,150 per day
Hearing Room 2 (28 pax)
Monday-Friday: $4,900 per day Weekend and Holidays: $6,370 per day
Hearing Room 3 (28 pax)
Monday-Friday: $4,900 per day Weekend and Holidays: $6,370 per day

Powered by FTI Consulting, ChIAC offers connectivity and cutting-edge hearing hosting systems to ensure parties are able to participate in hearings from anywhere in the world where there is a reliable internet connection. Virtual and hybrid hearing hosting prices vary depending on the duration of the hearing, the number of participants expected to join remotely and if the hearings take place outside of standard hours of U.S. time zones. The ChIAC and FTI Consulting team will prepare a tailored proposal for each virtual or hybrid hearing once we receive case-specific information.
